How to Mine Pearl (PRL) — pearlhash GPU Guide

A step-by-step guide to mining Pearl on the pool.ion.cool pool: the exact SRBMiner-MULTI command, a ready-made HiveOS Flight Sheet, stratum ports and how payouts work. No accounts and no sign-ups — your wallet address is your identity on the pool.

What you need

1. Get your PRL wallet

Use your own wallet address, not an exchange deposit address, unless the exchange explicitly says it supports pool payouts to PRL.

2. Install SRBMiner-MULTI 3.7.3

3. Create the mining command

Windows — save as mine-PRL.bat next to the miner
SRBMiner-MULTI.exe --algorithm pearlhash --pool pool.ion.cool:33336 --wallet <YOUR_PRL_ADDRESS>.RIG1
Linux
./SRBMiner-MULTI --algorithm pearlhash --pool pool.ion.cool:33336 --wallet <YOUR_PRL_ADDRESS>.RIG1

pearlhash Works — tested. Three minutes on an RTX 5060 laptop GPU at roughly 12 TH/s produced 6 accepted shares and zero rejects, all of them visible in the Miners table and confirmed by the pool's counter

5. HiveOS Flight Sheet

HiveOS has no built-in preset for PRL, so this Flight Sheet uses a Custom miner with the SRBMiner author's HiveOS build. Import it: Flight Sheets → Import from Clipboard (paste the JSON below), pick your wallet and apply.

FAQ

Do I need an account to mine here?

No. Point your miner at pool.ion.cool:33336 with your wallet address and the dashboard will find you by that address. There is no registration, login or email confirmation.

When will I be paid?

The pool pays out every hour once your balance reaches 0.1 PRL. The reward scheme is PROP: payouts come from the blocks the pool finds, so if the pool has not found a block yet, balances accumulate and the payouts start right after the first one.

Which miner should I use?

SRBMiner-MULTI 3.7.3+ with --algorithm pearlhash is the tested option on this pool, and anything else that understands pearlhash over plain stratum is welcome too. The run behind that recommendation is recorded in the miners table above.

Can I mine from several rigs with one address?

Yes. Use the same address for every rig and give each a unique suffix after the dot: ADDRESS.rig1, ADDRESS.rig2. Each rig gets its own row in the Miners table.

Is there an encrypted (TLS) connection?

The Pearl pool currently exposes plain stratum on port 33336 only — that is the port to use. TLS support may be added later; watch this page.

Where do I see my hashrate and payments?

On the dashboard: My Stats for your wallet, the Miners table for each rig, and the Payments tab for payout transactions. Machines can also poll the public API.
