Mining guide — SRBMiner-MULTI
- Download SRBMiner-MULTI for Windows 64-bit, version 3.7.1 or newer (quantus support): srbminer.com/download.html
- Unpack the archive to any folder (for example C:\miner)
- Open Command Prompt (cmd) or PowerShell in that folder and run:
SRBMiner-MULTI.exe --algorithm quantus --pool <SERVER_IP>:33334 --wallet <ADDRESS>.<RIG>
…or put this line into a mine.bat file and double-click it - You should see «Connected to …:33334» and «share accepted» lines — you are mining; the rig shows up in statistics after the first share
- Download SRBMiner-MULTI for Linux (tar.gz), version 3.7.1 or newer: srbminer.com/download.html
- Unpack the archive and make the miner executable:
tar -xzf SRBMiner-Multi-*.tar.gz cd SRBMiner-Multi-* chmod +x SRBMiner-MULTI
- Run the miner:
./SRBMiner-MULTI --algorithm quantus --pool <SERVER_IP>:33334 --wallet <ADDRESS>.<RIG>
For background mining add --no-tui --log-file miner.log (screen, tmux, systemd) - You should see «Connected to …:33334» and «share accepted» lines — you are mining; the rig shows up in statistics after the first share
SRBMiner-MULTI is only released for Windows and Linux — there is no macOS build, so a Mac cannot mine with it.
- Mine from any computer with Windows or Linux — any machine on your network will do
- Point its miner at this server (port 33334) — statistics are tied to your wallet address, not to the machine
Important
- Always use --algorithm (not --algo): SRBMiner does not recognise --algo and exits with “You defined more pools than algorithms”
- Wallet format: ADDRESS or ADDRESS.rigname — everything after the dot is the rig name (ADDRESS.rig1, ADDRESS.rig2, …)
- Port 33334 — plain stratum (recommended); 33335 — the same over TLS
- Fees: 2% SRBMiner dev fee (built into the miner) + 1% pool fee
- Payouts run every hour from the mined blocks, as soon as the balance reaches the minimum
